When our pipe burst due to the deep freeze, Boone was the first company out of about 8 calls that answered the phone. The asked us to send an email and then made their way through their list. All of the staff who I talked with along the way were extremely polite and helpful. The repair was done quickly, sending a picture of the damaged pipe, and the cost was reasonable. Highly recommend.

They did a good job and were very helpful to us. They were working for our home warranty service, and we had to pay only part of the cost.

They couldn't make a same-day appointment but they did schedule an appointment for the next day, and they arrived right on time. They worked very efficiently and professionally, and I was happy with the quality of the work. The price seemed a bit on the high side but given the quality of the work I was OK with it. Once it became clear that the issue was a badly installed wax seal, I decided that they should check the other bathroom in the house as well, and it looked like it likely had the same problem. They could not do that work right away and scheduled another appointment a few days later (fortunately there was no active leak so the delay was not a problem). Again, they arrived on time for the second appointment. Turned out that the wax seal on the second bathroom was in even worse shape than the first (I don't want to get into the details but you can probably imagine), but despite the mess they again did very good work, and cleaned the whole thing up at the end. Once again, I was happy with the quality of the work. I would definitely recommend them.

Pretty good. The work went faster than I expected and has held up well. Price was reasonable and in line with expectations. The team knew what they were doing.

In addition to the work being sub-par, his attitude was aggressive and scheduling poor. One time he left us with a massive water leak and told us he could not come back for 2 weeks!!!!

John Boone came out and foxed our water heater through our home warranty service. The first plumbing company had been unable to fix it over the course of 5 days. John diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes, drove and got the needed parts (which were still under manufacturer warranty), and replaced them in less than 2 hours. 1 1/2 of those hours were travel time getting the parts. He was extremely knowledgable, professional, prompt, and quick. Highly recommend.

Boone Plumbing was recommended by my home warranty company who initially contacted them to fix my toilet. A rep from Boone Plumbing called to set up my appt. The plumbing company was able to accommodate my request for a specific date/time. They called the morning of the appt. to confirm they'd be here at 9 a.m. They arrived on time, introduced themselves (there were two men), gave me their business card and asked about my plumbing problem. After I described the problem to them, they removed their shoes, went upstairs, and fixed the leaky toilet in about 10 minutes. The toilet no longer leaks. I'd definitely use this company again.
