Contractor Service
Have not received credit for the wrong order and have called several times to no avail. Last called two days ago and "they were working on it". Should have been handled more than two weeks ago.

Door Service
BMC took my order and built a custom exterior door for installation in a section of a house being remodeled. The first door BMC built was not built to the correct specifications. Bobby Freeman, BMC's representative, responded in a very professional manner by taking back the incorrect door and replacing it with a new custom-built door at no charge. The new door met our specifications exactly.
