Horribly, do NOT use this Cleaning service, Bates does not have the cleaning crew to do the work. Needed a crew of 3 when booked in advance And Karen sent ONE person who sat in the car waiting for No one else to help. It was a huge mistake to book with Bates Do Not trust their commitment to do the work, they totally let me down.

You absolutely correct. I had a girl there ready to go with others on there way. You refused the service, because you wanted them there all at once. Some times in a holiday week, that is just not possible. I did speak with you on the phone. You decided that was not a possibility for one person to start with out the others. I worked you in so we could get you going before Thanksgiving. I can not justify having an employee sitting in a vehicle ready to work and they are told no. It went very well. Although initially I thought it was a bit pricey it turned out to be worth it. They cleaned everything thoroughly in the vacant condo. This included appliances, cabinets, walls, baseboards, doors, interior windows and floors. I paid additional to have the window exteriors cleaned - also a good idea. And they stayed at it until everything was done. The condo was ready to move into and in my case to first be painted.

The Bates folks were great. Initially it was a little difficult to explain what needed to be done when we were looking for a quote, but after sending some pictures, we received a good price and they showed up ready to do a difficult job. We have two cabins with high rough wooden beams. The beams had not been cleaned in several years because of the difficulty in reaching them and the rough material. Michelle and Sheila were the main cleaners and they did a great job with wonderfully cheerful attitudes. They listened to feedback or comments I had and incorporated my suggestions into their work. They cleaned both cabins and most especially, those difficult wooden beams. I would hire them again and plan on having those beams cleaned once or twice a year now. It was a good job at a fair price.

Karen was amazing about what they could and couldn’t do and sent two of the most awesome cleaning staff I’ve ever seen. Their dedication to the work was incredible to see. I couldn’t believe how much they accomplished in the time allotted. I couldn’t have asked for a better result.

This company is AWESOME! I cannot believe how great a job they did cleaning the house. I needed to get the house ready for birthday party for my Mother. They could not have done a better job. The house was thoroughly cleaned and it was spotless. I don't think it has ever been that clean I would definitely hire them again and have recommended them to my friends.

I had over $600 in items missing from my room after Bates Cleaning Service completed the cleaning at my house at the end of May. We contacted the owner and explained everything, she admitted the items "may" have been thrown away by her company but now she refuses to answer our calls and has not helped to replace the items that were taken by her company. On the website they claim to be insured but I highly doubt it after going through this ordeal. Very poor customer service and would not recommend this company to anyone.

They showed up on time and worked diligently to complete the job. The 2800sq ft house had been lived in by the same family since 1972 and was in desperate need of a deep cleaning. By the time they were finished the place looked great and we were very pleased. I would not hesitate to call them again if needed.

Karen sent 2 people and they were fantastic, friendly and hardworking. I was able to semi-customize the deep cleaning which normally has the oven/fridge cleaning but I chose to have my windows cleaned instead. Most companies will not clean your windows. My baseboards haven't been this clean since we moved in 4 years ago :).

The ladies did a decent job on most of the house. They got kind of hungup on items that I didn't specify (like behind the refrigerator)-- which meant some other areas didn't receive quite the attention I wanted.
