Title Companies
The ladies we worked with were professional and detail oriented. I thought I'd be driven up the wall with all the nit picking details we had to provide. In retrospect, there was a method to their madness. We closed approximately when they said we would and we got the interest rate we wanted. Apparently, 're-financing has gotten alot more complicated and intricate since we did our last one in 2004. If you work full-time and feel like you have no time for this, think again. We got responses to our late night emails to them at 2 & 3 AM from them, amazing. These women work round the clock! We would use them again. Detail oriented, nit picking, zero personality but professional and thorough and get the job done kind of folks!
