He included every little thing that someone might possibly need. Paint and replace all pipes, vents and flashing, install new ridge joints, clean leaves, paint and seal all ridge joint flashing, replace gas cap and haul off debris. They also told me scary squirrel stories of what could happen to sway my decision. . I had several other appraisals and asked them to look at these specific items. They all said that the only things we needed were replacing a few tiles and clean up the leaves. This other company charged me $800. I saved $3,920 by going through a company that cared for their customers more than their bottom line.
