Hi I'm Ryan, owner of Austin Mobile Computer Repair. What I offer is customized computer repair tailored to your specific needs. I don't apply the "I got enough customers to waste" philosophy of other computer repair chains. Once your my customer I like to keep you. It works out best that way for both of us because I will always be the one to come back out to your home therefore I will always know exactly whats going on with your computer because I know its history. I benefit from your repeat business because it cost me less money in advertising in the long run. I also happen to like my job and my clients. I know most of them personally, they invite me to BBQ's and say hello when they see me in the grocery store. Its a fun job, it can be stressful at times because you usually catch people when they are at their worst, their computer is broken but when the job is complete everyone is happy and Ive made a new friend and client.

"I just have to say that you hired me to get your network up at your business. I found that the cause was a virus on your mac while booted into windows 7. I removed the virus using malwarebytes and combofix, both well known and reputable scanners, while your mac running windows 7 is disconnected from the network everything runs fine, after I removed the viruses it ran fine for about an hour before the virus returned disabling the network connection for the entire network. In this time I scanned and cleaned 2 computers of viruses as well as optimized both computers for unnecessary startup applications and toolbars from your browsers on your and your husbands pc per your request. After all of this everything runs fine except your windows 7 on your mac, you are running low on time and tell me that the mac isn't important and that you are happy to know the cause of the problem and glad that you can do business and do state inspections. I explained to you that the best solution would to be to reload windows on the mac so that we are 100% sure that the virus is gone, you said that you would get back to me once you had time for that. That is the last that I heard from you. During our visit you seemed happy and never brought up that you though that I was charging you too much. I didn't feel like I wasted time finding the problem or implementing a solution, I was given no indication of a problem until I saw this review. I find it bizarre that you, being in a customer service position as myself would make no attempt to bring this up while we were together or to contact me afterward. I don't know if you want to help me or just intend to harm my business by posting a negative review but what I do know is that the simplest and quickest way to get any unresolved issue handled with a business is by first contacting the business that serviced you, short of that I can only assume that you mean to cause my business harm and don't care to have any issue resolved."
