Samantha (office admin) had clear, consistent, friendly, and prompt communication and continues to this day. The installation occurred on 03/15/17 with no issues. I never even met the crew as I was out of town during that time. I came home and the gutters were installed and looked great. I was really happy they suggested the leaf screens because in almost a year, I've only needed to get up there once and brush the leaves and sticks away from the gutters. No clogging of leaves (and I have a big red oak that dumps a ton of leaves on my house). I noticed right away that the way the water was moving (or not moving) on the house was an issue (I don't believe this was an installation issue, but rather a house issue). I immediately emailed Samantha about the concern and she said they would come out there and re-evaluate the installation and the gutters. I told her I wanted to wait and see how the gutters performed a little more and she told me to let her know when I wanted Dale to come back out. Well, I learned a lot about my house and drainage and gutters in the last 10 months, and I was having some major drainage issues on the property which was causing a lot of water under my house and shifting in my pier and beam foundation, so I needed to get a drainage system hooked up to the gutters and send the water out to the street (over-simplification but the details don't matter as much). I called Austin Affordable Gutters, and within a few days, Dale was out here, 10 months after install, evaluating what happened and is scheduled with a week to add two more downspouts and a splash guard, free of charge to the house and is willing to communicate with the drainage company regarding coordinating installation to make sense for what they are doing. I can't say enough about Dale, Samantha, and Austin Affordable Gutters- with this whole drainage issue, I felt I was "losing against water", and Dale and Samantha felt like a little win for me. A company that cares about me, even nearly a year later, and how their product performs and is willing to adjust it with no extra cost to me. You have a lot of choices, and I know, as a first time home-buyer, that can be VERY overwhelming. But Samantha, Dale, and Austin Affordable Gutters were definitely the best choice and I would totally choose them again.

From the minute I reached out to Samantha Perry for an estimate until I paid for my gutters, the experience was amazing. She communicated quickly and factually. The professionalism with this business is 2nd to none and I recommend them highly. I don't post many reviews especially if the company does what I'm expecting. However, Samantha and Dean, met and exceeded my expectations from estimate, to service, to install, and to price. Their product looks great on my house and I feel confident if warranty work would be needed, it'd be done quickly.

I originally thought we would have to replace some of our damaged gutters based on a quote from a competing company but Austin Affordable Gutters were able to repair our gutters at half the price of the other quote. They are very busy and we had to schedule our repair 2 months out but it was well worth the wait as our gutters now function beautifully! The overall look of our house also is much improved after the gutter repair. They are nice, punctual, and easy to work with people. I wouldn't hesitate hiring Austin Affordable Gutters again.

They did an excellent job. The downspouts were in good locations. The gutters look good. They have held up really well with all of the rain we've had lately. Not to mention, they were very affordable (less than half the cost of the other bid I received). I felt like he did what we needed, but not more than we needed. He never tried to upsell us.

They did a good job.  They came and got the job done quick.  I'm putting in a new rainwater collection system so I had to get new, seamless gutters.  They are designed to cut down on leaves and debris entering the gutter.

They did a fabulous job, very well spoken and took great care of us. They even cleaned up their mess when they were done!

The crew did a very good job in replacing the gutters and downspouts matching the color perfectly. They were efficient, courteous, and repaired some of the bad work of the builder's gutter provider. Overall, I was completely satisfied with their work and cleanup.

I spent $1, 095 for the gutters, $360 for the screens so the leaves would not go in, and $40 for the Splash Block. Our experience with them was great. They were the cheapest. They came out, did a good job, and did it quick. When they were done, they knocked on the door and asked for payment. That was it.

The work crew arrived at the exact time agreed upon during Dale's initial bid visit.
They put up the gutters and screens and the crew boss had me come out and look at the job before I paid him.  He explained to me about the downspouts and the work looked very professional.  I would highly recommend this company for gutter work.
