They were to install a water softener and osmosis water system. They came at the time they said they would and I knew they would have to tear up part of my new lawn to install a loop, but one of the guys started digging and was going to run the line right by my new tree that had been planted in the yard. Finally someone must have told him to change directions and they did 2) 90 degree turns to bypass the tree. They took so long I had to leave for an appointment, so I told them to go ahead and finish up without us. I left the door open so they could install the osmosis system. When I got home I see the mess they made of my yard (which I can fix) but they didn't install the osmosis system, didn't call me to let me know. I called the salesman who sold the system to me. He said he would get right on it. Well they called set up a date for the next day after 4 pm, I waited until 7 pm and no one showed or called.
So I called the next day and left a voice mail, but no one called me back. I finally got a voice message from the owner saying to call him and  I did and he said he would take care of the matter. I still haven't heard from them, no one has called me with an appointment time or anything. 
I find this company totally inadequate, unprofessional and irresponsible. They make promises they don't keep, don't fulfill the job and don't stay in touch with their customers. I won't do business with them again.
After talking with the owner he promised that he would look into the matter about the men being on time. He also gave me a gift card for Lowe's for Lawn reseeding. I was very appreciated by him calling me personally.

Had an Avian Whole House Water Filter System II installed. So far I am very happy with everything!!
