 + -1 moreWhat I like best is that they're reliable and trustworthy. I can make a phone call and not worry about whether it's done right. They always show up when they say they will. And the quality is great. Second, I love the responsiveness and depth of services. I thought I needed to replace a toilet on one house because it had the most baked in 20-year yellow stains I had ever seen. Nope. Gleaming white when they left. Same with this situation with the wall scrubbing. My tenant wanted to move in on a quick timeline, which meant the walls could not be repainted. April Fresh Cleaning came in and made it an inviting place to move into. All of the walls and baseboards were scrubbed so that it was not a dirty feeling move in. I will use this company every time.
Description of Work: I used April Fresh Cleaning for two of my "make ready" needs for rental properties. They do all of the typical items like cleaning the floor, counter tops, toilets, etc. They also do a great job for Make Ready deep cleans...like cleaning all of the interiors of cabinet drawers. This last time I needed all of the walls and baseboards scrubbed. My strange requests do not phase them.
