The technician was great. He is showing great patience because the Home Warranty company agreed to pay the balance of the invoice immediately but has not yet paid. If he is not paid by Monday, I will pay him and have words with my home warranty company.

I won't hesitate to use him in the future for any needed repairs. Wish all companies were this professional.

It was easy to schedule an appointment with Will and he was very thorough in his examination of my LG washing machine. He had no problem with my watching him work and in addition to answering my questions, volunteered a great deal of information on different brands of machines. He gave me a quote for parts and labor before he left, and only one thing keeps me from going forward with the repairs: Our machine is a front loader and something like 18 years old. My wife would really like a top loader, so we need to decide whether or not to spend more than the cost of the repair to get a new machine. If we decide to buy new, we are now much better equipped to make the right choice with all of the knowledge we have gained from Will.

Will was a very nice guy that did impressive work and had my dishwasher heating element repaired very quickly, all while providing good conversation as he worked. I would happily hire him again for any job I needed done around my house. He even came in on a Saturday with only a days notice for a repair I thought would take over a week to get the parts.

He worked with me to get a dishwasher part more quickly and get my dishwasher back in great shape!
