He arrived when he said he would and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. The speed of my aging computer was recognized during the repairs and that lead to a discussion of possible upgrades to extend it's life. Ron mentioned some possible upgrades that should increase the speed and extend the life of the computer. He explained how and what the upgrades could do for the performance of the computer. The prices he quoted for the upgrades seemed reasonable and I am seriously considering having them done instead of buying a new computer.
