Talked to Trent on the phone, sent a couple of pics, he knows right off what needs to be done, gave a good quote, and came over to the house to make sure the right size glass was ordered. Professional craftsmanship, as if original! Emailed my receipt, will not hesitate to call again for future glass issues.

Trent did an fantastic job either the window replacement. I sent him pics and rough dimensions and he generated a quote very quickly. He later came out and got the final measurements to go forward. His initial quote did not change at all and was significantly lower than other companies I called. I would absolutely recommend him.

It went well.  Provider knew what he was doing, came when he said he would come and did a good job fixing the windows.  He was very easy to work with and gave us a quote that was $400 less than the other provider who gave us a bid.  We would use him again.

He arranged an appointment very quickly, arrived on time, and knew exactly what was needed within minutes.  He ordered the glass and set an appointment for when it was supposed to arrive.  The glass came a few days early so he set up a new appointment and got it installed right away.  It was a really good experience.

Their price and professionalism was very good.  They were very easy to speak with.  They did the job on time with the cost estimated.  We had locked our seal, they were double side windows and we had locked the inner seal.

I worked directly with the owner, Trent. He was awesome. He was able to get the job done quickly. I thought if I order the glass that it would take a long time but he got it to me quickly even faster than what he originally quoted me. I was thrilled with that. He doesn't mess around but goes right to work.

Trent Hankins, the owner, was highly recommended so I called his company, Aeromass Glass, and talked with him about repairing a glass panel in one of our storm doors, The door is all glass with a sliding top panel that can be pulled down while, at the same time, a screen panel slides down to take its place. He was very familiar with problems related to this type of door and explained how much it would cost based on what he had to do. His company is located in Cedar Park and I live in south Austin but, when I told him where I lived, he said he was on his way to south Austin anyway and would be at my house within 30 minutes. Trent was very punctual, professional and also friendly, and showed me what was wrong with the panel, which he explained was a common problem with this type of door. He spent about 10 minutes realigning the glass panel and then told me there would be no charge. I was stunned and told him I wanted to pay for his time but he said he was driving south very near my house anyway and the realignment took only a few minutes. What a wonderful surprise. Based on this experience I would definitely use this company again because I know Trent is honest and his prices would be fair.
