It took 3 weeks as Debbie promised. The workmen laid cardboard over the hardwood floor and carpet to protect them both during the renovation process. Debbie provided me a schedule of what would be done each day by which workers. She came by and checked on the work each day and was able to make changes immediately if needed. She stayed in contact with me if there were any changes or delays. She instructed the workers to clean up each day as I was continuing to use part of the bathroom during this time. It all went very smoothly and on the last day she had someone come and clean both the bathroom and the adjacent room and clean all of my hardwood floors.

It went really well.  Debbie was a real pleasure to work with!  She came to the job every day there were workers here, and other times as needed.  She kept close tabs on her contractors, and was in constant contact with them when she wasn't here.  The subcontractors all did good work.  When we needed to pick items for the remodel, she sent us to great shops where we found what we wanted.  She was very receptive to new ideas, and worked out any problems that occurred.  She is a very pleasant and capable contractor, and I'd use her again in a second.

Debbie listened to my wants and made suggestions to improve upon my plans. She spent hours accompanying me to the various suppliers to pick out lighting, plumbing fixtures, tiles and granite, always passing along her builder's discount to me. She coordinated all the subs and most importantly, she present, if not onsite, by phone/text. All of her subs excellent. Great care was taken to protect my home from excessive dust and was left as clean as could be under the circumstances at the end of each day. Could I have gotten the same visual effect using someone else as my contractor? Probably, but you get what you pay for and Debbie is worth every penny it cost me. This whole process was long and stressful. Debbie and her crew did everything they could to alleviate that stress. We had received really good recommendations from other people, which is why we used her. She was here every single day and was very organized. She was very available to contact and all the subcontractors were very professional. It only took her two weeks to finish the entire project.
