They did an excellent job. Very friendly and professional. No hidden fees / charges and performed the work as promised and on-time. This was a new construction install. Upon initial pressure up there was a leak and had to call construction plumber back to repair and they replaced a valve - unfortunately that did not fix the problem when Action came back to do the install for the 2nd time. Again there was still a leak so plumber back again (this time Action had left their own pressure gauge so that I could visualize proper repair)…Action back out for the 3rd time and that was the charm. Throughout this week long ordeal (verge of trying to close) they were courteous, cooperative, professional and timely…they knew this wasn't my issue and just helped me get the problem resolved. They're a family owned local company and that's something I like to use when possible. I stopped by their shop in Cedar Park and they have a nice selection of items for grills (to include new ones) for repair and accessories. Friendly office staff and more than willing to assist and answer questions.

I typically don't even notice when Action Propane refills the tank other than noticing the bill with fill information they leave on the front door. I then check and the tank is full (80% of tank capacity). They will happily schedule a fill up if I call them but I have never had to. It is one less thing I have to worry about. They are dependable and carry enough hose to fill my tank even though it is well over 100' from the street where they park their truck. They do not disturb the plants around the sidewalk. I am well pleased. They have a credit card number on file and automatically charge my card for the amount on the bill which also shows the gallons of propane dispensed and the unit price. No hassle. I love it.

We are in the middle of the project and getting ready to put in the propane tank. So far I have only spoken on the phone with Action Propane but they have been very professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. We compared them to another propane company and they seemed a little bit less expensive. They guys that came out to quote installing the tank were professional, on time and were easy going. We have agreed to use them to install the tank but the work has not started yet. The quoted price is 3200.00.

The charges depend on the time of the year but we think they charge around $27 a gallon. They have got very competitive prices in town. We spend about $100 - $300 during winter time and it depends upon how much propane we use.
