Description of Work: This is what hardware stores should be like. Very knowledgeable staff that call you by name when you enter the store. I have lived here for 1 1/2 years and started visiting their store the first day I moved in. Have been back too many times to count and have never been disappointed. Staff is older and more experienced. They have done the work customers are asking for advice about. Super clean and organized, prices are within reason. Possibly slightly higher than big box stores but their advice is invaluable and worth what little extra items may cost. I consider them friends now and always look forward to visiting the store. By the way if they don't have what you need they will order it. Or if you need it sooner they will tell you where to look for it. Family run and well run, great place to find a helpful hardware man (or woman).

 + -1 moreYou get a whole new experience when you enter this store. Friendly workers greet you and provide incredible service. Not at all like those large "box" home improvement stores that barely recognize their customers entering the door and employees who become scarce when you really need help. Ace sales agents will walk you through the store, even helping me find the right screws to match some hardware. The paint section is great, carrying high quality Benjamin Moore paints! And your kids can enjoy the free fresh popped popcorn so mom or dad can shop with ease. Within two visits, the manager and others recognized me and also my knew my kids names. Again, if you want home town friendly service, this is the place to shop!
