Excellent. John completed the project in less time than expected and at a lower price than originally quoted. We now have our home movies, some more than 30 years old, available to view and share. We are very pleased with the results.

I had already tried to get this done at CVS, but they could only do 3 of the reels because of the film's condition. I discussed this with John at Access Video and he agreed to give it a try. He redid the 3 reels, but also was able to digitize the other 2 reels. Considering the age of the films, I think his work was exceptional, far beyond my expectations. He gave me a rough estimate, but the final cost was significantly less. The quality of the DVD digitization for the 3 reels Access Video redid was remarkably superior to the work done via CVS, and the overall cost was only slightly more.

Excellent. The tape we thought was the wedding was broken. They called with the cost of splicing and then called telling us this was not the wedding tape. After receiving the correct tape, they completed the work in a timely manner. They determined that the camera had not been set according to industry standards. hey corrected this in the transfer and were able to significantly improve the quality of the video (it's still not great, but is much better than the VHS tape). The sound quality is also excellent.

Excellent. They gave me an accurate estimate. They even had the AVI files ready ahead of schedule despite the fact that it was the peak of holiday season. They were very professional and friendly.

Went great. This is the second time I've used Access Video and Photo for a project and each time I've been impressed with their timeliness and attention to detail. They even added little extras on the DVD front that rock.
