They were just excellent. He is very personable. He explained everything fully. I checked it myself and ask some friends from the water conservation about the job done and everything matched up. He was telling the truth and I know that I can trust him. I recommended him to all my friends. I can call him anytime for plumbing works and if he cannot do it, he is honest and will refer me to someone. I also like the guy he referred, he was personable and polite. I trust Mr. Cruz, who is the owner of 24 Express. I call him first for any plumbing works and if he recommends someone, I take his recommendation. His price is reasonable. He is very detailed in his work which I appreciated. He cleans up after himself. When I call him in the middle of the night, he answers my call and he shows up the following morning.

Cruz showed up at my house on time and did some trouble shooting to narrow down what was wrong. He figured out it what needed to be fixed advised me to call the manufacturer to check to see if the part was still under warranty. I called them and thankfully the parts will still under warranty. He then tracked down the part supplier, went to 2 different vendors and found the parts. Arrived back at my house and installed the part. He was a very nice, professional person. I would certainly use him again. He also gave me a $25.00 discount on my service.

Cruz was very friendly and got right to work thawing my pipes so the water would run. Offered advice to be sure this didn't happen again.

Cruz was very polite, and professional. He made sure I knew what the problem was, what it would require to repair, and the cost involved. It was not an easy repair because of constant water leaking (due to a leak at the meter), but he was patient. I would easily recommend his services.
