Description of Work: Gave an estimate for a new roof. They appear to be charging installation price for extra 4 squares of shingles.Estimator told me they were extra in case of waste. Too expensive.

We selected the shingle color, told them which one we wanted, and the job was scheduled and completed, very easy with no hassles and without disturbing the tenants. Upon completion we received a certificate of completion for warranty purposes. Couldn't be happier. I would definitely use this company again.
Description of Work: Tear off existing shingles (26.1 SQ); Install 15# felt, Install 25 yr GAF shingle (31.21 SQ), Install Valley Metal (62 LF), Replace damaged ventilation & flashing, seal and paint all hardware on roof surface, clean up and haul debris
