Riva's Appliance Repair

She came out to do a diagnosis and she charge me 59$ for an unfounded diagnosis. She just touch the cord at the back and that's all she did. She never calls me back and it took a week to contact me to give me prices which she said it would be 1200 to fix my refrigerator to get the board and I answer how did she come to that price when it's only 109$ and she told me 230$ for the board . Fears part supplies said that my model would only cost 109$ and so i ask her to what model number she was using and she never call me back . I would like to get a refund. Overpriced for control board and anti-freeze.
