It went great! Owner stayed in contact with us throughout the job so we knew what to expect. The deck looks terrific and so does the sidewalk. There were a couple of things that needed to be corrected and he got right on it and made sure we were satisfied. We are going to use this company again for another project. We are very satisfied.

I would not use them in the future. I was sick at the time so I did not monitor it like I should. They managed to put shingles on my house that could not have been any further away from the color of the shingles on the rest of my house. They did not match it. They did not even pretend to match it. I just assumed they would do the job we talked about. It was very unfortunate. I had it redone.

A storm hit our area and damaged our roof. We called Ridge Walker Roofing and our insurance company. The insurance adjuster met with our roofing company. All damages and pricing details were handeled through my insurance company and roofer.  We were given a written statement of damages and repairs from our insurance company along with a check minus the deductible to pay our roof repairs. We then set up a time for our roof repair and was given a 2 day turn around on replacing the roof. Ridge Walker Roofing finished the roof replacement in 2 days and cleaned up everything when they finished. They did an excellent job on our roof especially considering the fact that temps were in the 100's while working.
