We've been very satisfied with the work Tim Anderson has done in our home over the past few years. Quality has met or exceeded our expectations. Tile and wood work are particularly good. Price is very competitive. Generally, the work gets done in the time-frame expected. Crew is fairly punctual. Clean-up is thorough.
Description of Work: Replaced front door, including trim and stain;did some concrete work in driveway to divert water from house; added a pantry in the kitchen, to include a cabinet face and frame, lined the inside with sheetrock, added shelves, and painted; replaced old light fixtures in kitchen, and added several to improve overall lighting; installed attic flooring. Previous work done by Tim Anderson included installing new granite countertop with under counter stainless sink and faucet;tiled back splash and tiled bar counter top;installing new cooktop, vent-a-hood, microwave and double oven, which involved modification of two cabinets.

He was very good and stayed within a quote that he provided to me almost a year ago, which was amazing! It's refreshing to have that happen, usually they go up in price. I would highly recommend him. I've used him on many projects. He is a busy man, and you may have to wait a little bit, but well worth it. Super honest guy, no problems.
Description of Work: He tore out our old deck and installed a new large deck.

I MUST RECOMMEND TIM ANDERSON. IF YOU EVER HAVE A PROJECT FROM TOILET REPAIR TO BUILDING A HOME, TIM ANDERSON IS THE MAN. DOING HOME CONSTRUCTION IS MAJOR AND STRESSFUL. TIM KEPT IN CONTACT WITH ME ALL THE TIME. WE WERE FLEXIBLE ON THE PROJECT, WHICH AFFORDED US EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION. HE KEPT THE TIMELINES AS BEST AS HE COULD. TIM DID SOME OTHER WORK PERSONALLY AND DID A FABULOUS JOB! I WOULD BUILD AND/OR ADD ON WITH A DROP OF THE HAT IF TIM WERE DOING THE JOB.
