This is a great company to work with!! They rented out my home in no time. They had great market data about the neighborhood and were able to give me suggested listing price. Their pricing was fair and they provide excellence customer service. They handled all the paperwork (applications, background checks, property listing, maintenance)!! They also did the showings, provide ongoing maintenance service and collect and deposit my rents. They settle my payments quickly and provide me with monthly reports. I love Leasing & Etc!!
