glass repair
+ -1 moreHe came out to do an estimate and I ordered some glass shelves and panes. I waited a week and never heard from him again. When I called him to see if the glass had come in after the week he told me the order had been misplaced and it was never placed. He said he would reorder it. After another four weeks passed he finally called back to say he had the glass and wanted to know when he should come out. I told him I had already had someone else come and do the work. I felt like he was not attentive at all.
Description of Work: I called them about having glass shelving installed as well as some replacement glass panes.
