-Local, family owned shop
-They estimated each watch battery would cost $10-$12 and said I could wait for them to complete the work or come back. I
chose to come back
-They called me about 60 minutes later saying the watches were ready to pickup
-The estimate was right on
-They set all of the watches to the correct time, which was a nice touch
-I have seen some reviews in other forums that are not positive for this provider but I can only speak
to my transaction and it was good. The person who waited on me was nice and professional. I
plan on taking more watches to them in the future.

I have done business with the Jewelry Box, three times in the past Month. They mounted stone in ring, put stone in pendant, and put bell on sterling pendant. They are reasonable, prompt, professional and courteous. I recommend them highly.
