A terrible job done on inspection. Since moving in we discovered the following was not working, that he had inspected and said were OK: pool heater not working, pool computer not working, electric gates fallen of hinges, plumbing to the washer broken, plumbing inside the house with hot water 24/7 in cold water taps in half the house, electrical switches in the house heating up, 19 shut off valves not working, window cracked. Weimer did not even come back as contracted to do for the re-inspection. He sent a colleague who did not inspect that work had been done and refused to give us a re-inspection report. When we forced him to give us a report on the re-inspection, or we would sue him, he produced a report that was fraudulent; he claimed that he had advised our realtor that an expert on pool heaters needed to re-inspect as well. However, he did not do this. The realtor had to pay for the pool heater repair after we moved in.
