The company owner, Ms. Yavone personally called to find out my cleaning needs, and matched me up with one of her best technicians (they all are!). Ms. Yavone also called me after the service was complete to make sure I was satisfied. I love this personal touch. LaShonda was wonderful. She arrived ahead of schedule, listened to my needs, assessed what she needed to complete the tasks, and got to work! She did an excellent job, and exceeded all expectations. You can tell she really enjoys her work, and it really shows. She took her time and this place sparkles!! What a lovely spirit. Family First Cleaning is definitely my go-to for my housecleaning needs. You will not be disappointed by hiring this company.

It was like night and day they cleaned my whole entire house, made it look completely brand new. They were very professional and took under the time quoted and didn’t extend the time out like most people would have. It was a big job that they got done right in the nick of time.
