-This business has laundered or dry cleaned hundreds of garments for me over the years and done a really nice job
with only a couple of exceptions. The exceptions were six garments (laundered) over the years that had buttons crushed during the pressing process. So, approximately one shirt per year for seven years had an issue. That is a pretty good track record in my eyes. However, the cleaners never brought the button issues to my attention. I always found out after I got home so that
was not good.
-The staff is friendly. They always remember me and my preferences.
-They have a drive up window for picking up clothes, which is convenient.
-Customers are not supposed to be able to drop off clothes (sign posted) at the drive up window but sometimes they do, which slows the line down and seems unfair to those of us who only want to pickup.
-Alterations service is available and work has always been acceptable

This company did a nice job. I have used them many times for dry cleaning and laundering of clothing and household items as well as upholstery cleaning in my home.
