I had Cozy D Replace my inside HVAC unit 6 years ago when I did a major remodel. They are a small family owned business and did an excellent job. Over the years they have serviced the unit numerous times. A great service provider. Just had them in today. Prices very fair, quality of work always excellent.

We were not thrilled with our prior HVAC company, and we had heard about Cozy D for several years. We finally scheduled them for annual maintenance on our unit and to look at a 3rd floor damper problem - it needed to be replaced. They were on time, explained everything clearly, had great follow-up and were priced reasonably!

Absolutely great. I can't recommend enough.

(5/17/2012) We just purchased a 1977 home in Plano, TX and wanted the a/c repairs complete per our home inspection to bring the unit to proper working order. The estimate was arranged by our agent, so we never got to meet Cozy D's estimator, but his price was provided for the services requested free of charge (other companies charge to provide repair estimates) and since he reviewed our home inspection with our agent, I knew exactly what was included for the price. Two well mannered men showed up on the scheduled date with all the supplies they needed and got straight to work. There were several things replaced and repaired so it took them 2 1/2 hours because of the size of the job. But they were very courteous, clean, and explanatory. I didn't even know there were two thermostats in the house since we're not moved in yet and the only one that I could tell probably worked, I couldn't even figure out. So I asked that they show me how to use and program them once the work was finished, which they did.

(5/18/2012) On second thought.. my hubby went into the attic yesterday and found that they had discarded all of their trash (with the exception of the old parts that were removed) and our old air filters in the attic as if it were just a big dump area. My attic is not a dump! There IS something called a trash can! I wouldn't have even minded if they just asked to throw their trash in our bin. In addition, the air filters they installed were so cheap that you could actually see right through them. How are those see-through filters supposed to FILTER my air? So, here we are going to Home Depot to buy real air filters and install them ourselves. booo! I've down graded my raiting from an A to a B for these two reasons.

Excellent, they were courteous, prompt, on-time, and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them again

Mr. Deason is very polite, reasonable, and very punctual. He communicates with you to allow time to meet you at the residence.
