Dealing w this company is probably the worst experience of dealing w another business of my lifetime. I would not hire them to clean dog kennels. Porsche Crowder, the owner of this company is a liar, a thief, & when backed into a corner, she is crazy. Angie's list should not carry a company like this. And it is the reason I have not hired any one else from this site. Bc of u guys will recommend them, u will recommend anyone.

I am requesting a full refund on my cleanings that are left. I would also like to be reimbursed for my time waiting here for them this morning and them not showing up. I first I had this company doing my business and my home. Then I had to take them off of doing the business due to poor scheduling. Now they can't even get scheduling of my home taking care of. I'm completely done with this company & I suggest a company like Angie's List who only likes to refer a good companies do the same. They do not deserve your endorsement. Unreliable. Terrible no show twice. First time the business never contacted me etc to let me know they weren't going to show up. On rescheduled day received email having issues with living social so we wont be there. Overall 3 months have passed. Very disappointing. Stay away from this business.

Proper communication with the client is essential. I am in a business industry that is based on taking care of people and returning calls, texts, and even appointments booked through Facebook, and StyleSeat. I have to work with the way my clients want to communicate to me. I even let people know that email me that I don't check my email very often and how I and most easily reached but yet I still return their emails after a few days. It is called customer service and good administration. And why whoever runs this company does not understand that I will never know. I am completely p***** because I thought I had found good reliable people, I got said the cleaning was excellent. But trying to reach somebody within their office is a giant waste of time. I will bet a cumulatively I have wasted hours emailing these people! Hours with no result!
