+ 8 moreWe initially hired him after he left a flyer on our front door. We were so pleased with his work that we had him back to do a number of other things for us. Carlos is owner and he has done a great job. With our mailbox, he rebuilt it after it was vandalized. I was impressed with how quickly he was able to complete the job. He brought his crew and completed all of these jobs in the course of one week. During each job, he was always there when he said he would be and finished all of the work when he said he would do. They cleaned up well. Overall, we have been very happy with his service.
Description of Work: He removed and painted our iron driveway gates. He has also power washed the exterior of our home and built us a mailbox of brick and stucco to match our home. He also laid an outdoor terrace with tile and corrected a plumbing problem where it was causing a leak. He also sanded and re-stained our seven feet wide-double front doors without even having to remove them. He is currently providing is with an estimate on converting our attic into a livable space.
