Description of Work: I was looking to refinance, lower my interest rate and consolidate bills. I researched my options and decided on Affiliated. I was given great service. My calls were always answered promptly or returned quickly. I had a more challenging refi due to being self-employed. My broker was Lane Denney and was a great partner through the whole process.
