I WAS GIVEN A THREE-HOUR WINDOW FOR ARRIVAL TIME, AND THE TECH ARRIVED WITHIN THAT WINDOW. HE WAS FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. WE BOTH DECIDED THAT THE JOB COULD NOT BE COMPLETED IN MY HOME, SO HE TOOK MY CPU TO HQ AND COMPLETED THE JOB. MY COMPUTER WAS RETURNED THE NEXT EVENING, RUNNING BETTER THAN EVER.

THEY CHARGE A MINIMUM OF $150, BUT THEY CAP THEIR COST AT $299, WHICH I THOUGHT THAT WAS A GOOD DEAL. THEY ARE VERY PERSONABLE, FRIENDLY AND AVAILABLE. THEY HAVE CONSULTED WITH ME ON THE PHONE. HE WAS ON TIME AND COURTEOUS. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THEM,
