We went above and beyond to assist you, even moving up your move date to get your items out of your apartment as you feared your leasing manager would tamper with your belongings, or so that’s what you said. You paid for an hourly project, meaning you pay for the work that is completed during that timeframe. You did not pay them to move the couch exclusively. Our guys (who have years of experience, each one of them) deemed the couch too large, home and walls too old and narrow to make it safely. You wanted it move into a small bedroom around a corner of a hallway. You are now asking for MORE money returned because the couch was left in your garage. You asked at the time of scheduling to have most items placed there as they’d just be sitting for a short while “your house is being built.” It is clear with each demand for more money back what your intentions were here. If you know how moving works so well, then you know how the insurance process is completed as well. You know that your sheets don’t weigh anything and you’re not going to get $70 for a new pair of sheets. The sheets were not brand new. It was a small rip in a fitted sheet. We were generous to offer you $40 for ONE new fitted bedsheet. You choose not to accept that and instead are asking for even more money returned to you “for the inconvenience”. Once you did not receive what you wanted you then turned to Google to leave us a poorly review after our crew explained how important reviews are for our small company. By the way, none of reviews completed on Angi’s are by family or friends. That’s where you’ve gone wrong again assuming things. If we are assuming things now, I’ll assume you’re upset that you did so much work in the days prior to your project, taking all your time, to have our crew come knock everything out in such a short timeframe and you’re still bitter about having to pay the minimum. Please don’t forget to mention how you sent us a photo of a scratch on your nightstand trying to complain and extort more out of us when you were the one who moved that nightstand there yourself. Again, we went above and beyond for you. Terribly sorry your antics didn’t work out for you. We would rather our future customers read this dialogue than issue you any money back.
