They did a very service job. No deep cleaning. I have had to do all of the kitchen cabinets again. It didn't even look like the kitchen floor got mopped. Just overall, a very average job.

These ladies did an AMAZING job with my move out clean at my old apartment! It practically sparkled!! They also were able to schedule with only a few days notice, were fast to Communicate, efficient, and had the job done within a couple hours! I couldn’t have been happier with this service and highly recommend them! :)

They told me the job only needed 2 people and about 2 hrs. at $25 per hr. (clean after remodel house), they charged 3 hrs. 3 people, 3 hr. each. $275. and broke 2 blinds.

They charge $75 an hour for three people to clean. I would have preferred to pay one person less, one person could have easily done the same job in the same amount of time. They also took 2 of my eyeglasses cleaning cloths probably accidentally mistaken them for house cleaning rags. When they finished, I asked how much I owed them? They grossly overestimated the amount of time they had spent cleaning my home. I kept a close eye on the clock and paid them what was fair.

Very experienced crew. Completed the house in record time supervised by Veronica.Will use them on a biweekly basis.

They did an awesome job on getting my house clean after doing a remodel. Veronica is very personable. Thinking of hiring her to clean my house every two weeks.

They abruptly left without finishing. Took me a half hour to put my house back together. They left puddles of water on my hardwood floor after mopping. As they vacuumed, they dragged their vacuum around and banged into every doorway. I've had a lot of cleaning services, this is at the bottom of the list.

They did nice work on the surface. Simple things like pulling out ovens not done. I am still trying to find things. but my place was nicer then when they came in that for sure.

Veronica did a fantastic job! She doesn't usually work on Sundays but she made an exception for me. She went out of her way and did a fantastic job. She was easy to work with and I would hire her again.

The ladies did an absolute wonderful job on our home and showed up within 20 minutes of me calling. I needed "emergency" services and they definitely provided that!

surprised she had a crew. but they are all so pleasant and willing to do it the way you need to. Very cheery and happy to work. In and out very quickly and did what I needed. See to everything to do better than a single person.

We recently had Veronica's team come and clean our 2bd/2ba apartment and they did an amazing job!! Veronica came out on a Sunday to do the initial inspection and was very accommodating with a last minute date change before our cleaning. Our apartment has been getting cleaned monthly by another company but we were not overly pleased with the results. IBMX 3 nailed it out of the park! The apartment is so clean and for the first time still smelled clean by the time I got home hours later. We have 12' ceilings, so the fans had never been cleaned before; wow what a difference it makes when they get cleaned. Every square inch was washed/dusted/mopped/vacuumed and the place feels like new again. I would highly recommend their service and cannot wait for them to come back every two weeks!!

Had Veronica cleaning my house a few years back. Needed her services again. She is very professional and her staff are amazing. My house is always spotless and smells so good when they leave.

Not finished yet, but proceeding nicely. The work so far is extremely efficient and neat. I'll write more when we are finished.

Very accommodating. Will do whatever you ask them to do. Understand our family needs. I am now using them on a weekly basis.

The job cost more than original estimate. Bath tub not as clean as I expected & only rug in the whole condo was not clean (had to ask them to vacuum again). Otherwise, they cleaned everything nicely. Two ladies & a pre-teen showed up to do the cleaning (wondered why the girl was not in school since it was a weekday).

On time, friendly, thorough cleaning, more than I expected. Brought 4 people, efficient.
