After many phone calls and missed appointments he finally arrived and fixed the issue, charging us much more than quoted. This was not Mr. Garner, whom we LOVE. Not sure if this guy was covering for him or if the new guy bought the business. Either way don't use this service unless Mr. Garner is the one you are dealing with.

It has been over a year since we have needed a plumber. We used Garner Plumbing several times over the last few years. We were VERY pleased with their service and pricing. We will definitely call them if we have need of a plumber. We found them through Angie's List initially.

They were excellent. I would use them again in the future.

They explained that even though they were able to reattach both the faucet and face plate, that it would probably come loose again if a lot of weight was put on the faucet. He explained what the problem was and what needed to be done to fix it. It was an easy fix and something still needed to be done to fix it so he did not charge me a full service call. They were on time and very professional about their work and service.

Extremely courteous, friendly, and professional services by nice, capable father/son team. Could not be more pleased. Will not hesitate to use them again nor to recommend them to others.

I came home from work one night and found that my water had been turned of by the city. When I called the number left on the note they said that they had noticed a sharp spike in my water use and sent a inspector out who said I had signficant water flow and probably had a leak in my foundation. I called Garner Plumbing and they were willing to come out right then (about 845 pm) and take a look, but said since my water was turned off it would be less expensive for them to come look at it during the day. He came out first thing the next day and quickly determined that I did not have a significant leak and agreed that it could be my toilets and fixed them. He then gave me a quick class on toilet maintenance and asked how I heard about him. I mentioned Angies list and he gave me a discount. Great guy and a great plumber he will defenitly get all of my plumbing business.

We received a huge water bill and did not have a clue, no visible water was seen leaking or could be heard. He came out the same day we called and "gasp", he gave us a courtesy call that he was going to be later than he said he would "before" the time he said he would be there. He "felt" a vibration in the toilet valve that I could not, he checked through everything in the house, but sure enough it was the toilet. He had it replaced the next day, in and out, fast, clean, professional, and cost effective. I almost regret recommending him because I don't want him to get so busy we have to wait a day or two the next time we need him, but he deserves it and we will wait for him if we have to dog paddle. Remember that "mythological" local plumber that could always be counted on from the 1940's and 50's? This is him!

I gave Garner plumbing a call, and was extremely surprised to hear the man on the other end of the phone ask if 45 minutes was good. I was expecting to have to wait several days, or at the very least a couple hours. Sure enough he was standing on my front porch in about 40 minutes. He was very friendly, and very informative, letting me know what he was doing every step of the way. He also informed me that his work has a guarantee, and if anything should go wrong to let him know, and it will be taken care of. I would totally recommend them to anyone, and have no plans of using any other plumbers. Oh...did I mention that the price was excellent!

He successfully unclogged the drain. The faucet was a manufacture issue which he gladly showed me. He was respectfully and efficient. In and out in about thirty minutes. When he knew he was going to be later than the appointed time he called to inform me he was on his way. I would definitely use him again.
