Ms. Dancinglake was very displeased that I canceled my order. I was within the time limit given by the Federal Trade Commission. She charged me for services that she did not disclose on her contract and did not return the entire refund of my deposit because I would not accept HER OPINION. Ms. Dancinglake does not truly take into account what the customer desires only what she has available to sell. I have sent Ms. Dancinglake TWO certified letters which SHE REFUSED. She is very unprofessional is not interested in trying to assist and satisfy her customers. I do not recommend you to attempt to work with such an unprofessional company. I have been in the corporate world for over 25 years, have trained sales people as a regional manager, and am aware of how customers are to be serviced. Dancinglake Blind does not provided good customer service nor a desire to provide the customer what they want, only what she has available.

"THE MEMBER SIGNED A CONTRACT AND A DEPOSIT WAS COLLECTED. SHE CALLED ME THE FOLLOWING DAY AND INFORMED ME THAT SHE HAD RECONSIDERED HER CHOICE AND WANTED TO CANCEL. THE REASON SHE GAVE: SHE HAD CHALLENGES IN THE PAST WITH "IMPULSE BUYING." I WAS, UNDERSTANDABLY, A BIT SHOCKED THAT SHE CONSIDERED HER DECISION "IMPULSE BUYING," CONSIDERING THE AMOUNT OF REQUESTED PRODUCT INFORMATION, TIME SPENT REVIEWING PRODUCTS AND PRICING PROVIDED. I REFUNDED THE MEMBER'S DEPOSIT LESS MY FAIR CHARGES. HER CHECK WAS REFUNDED IN A TIMELY MANNER, BY CERTIFIED MAIL WITH A RETURN RECEIPT. SHE RECEIVED HER DEPOSIT AND CASHED HER CHECK. THERE WAS NO NEED FOR FURTHER COMMUNICATIONS WITH THE MEMBER. I'M SADDENED THAT SHE IS UPSET OVER $125.00. I SINCERELY HOPE THE MEMBER FINDS THE PERFECT WINDOW COVERING WITHIN HER BUDGET FOR HER LOVELY HOME. DONNA DANCINGLAKE"

The material used wasn't very good and she had to come back a few times to fix it. The company that supplied her with fabric gave her bad material, but it still affected the end product.

Donna from Dancing Lake's Blinds was so pleasant and we loved the work she did. There was a little problem with her help, but Donna was very hand's on so she rectified the situation right away. She was a pleasure to deal with and she was great overall. She really went all out to provide the best results.

Our blinds were really terrific and I couldn't say enough about the great job they did on our house. They used a really good product and gave us the personal attention you would expect from a great business. They paid attention to detail and just aimed to please so it was a pleasure to do business with Donna Dancinglake.

In a couple of the rooms we had them do custom blinds, so those took a little longer to get than the others. They were great though and we loved them, so it was worth the wait. The installers were good people and they did a great job. They really paid attention to detail and were very good to us. She also stuck to the estimate.
