Well i was currently working for a company and gained experience i also have family who been working as an arborist for more than 10 years, i am currently 21 years old who would love to start an affordable business and also start a program for younger guys to keep them away from certain life choices. No one can be certain and say they are experienced because not all trees grow the same way, its about making a plan and having a vision on how to complete the job with no problems.
