We worked with Kurt Buckridge and Steve Brown who were a great team to deal with!
To be honest, I feel like purchasing a new or used vehicle is usually similar to a root canal on all of my teeth at once--without pain killers!
This was not the case with Kurt and Steve. Our purchase of our new '14 Dodge Ram 2500HD 4x4 long bed Turbo Diesel Laramie was a very pleasant experience and we were treated like part of the family by everyone at Benny Boyd's in Bastrop.
From the time that we began talking to them to the time that we drove our new truck off of the lot it was pleasant and we feel like we got a deal that is very fair to us without a lot of haggling and running back and forth. We have surely enjoyed our new truck for the past few weeks and look forward to many years of great service from this vehicle.
I KNOW I have been very happy with David Quinn in the service department for more than a year!

When asked if they could service our 2004 Monte Carlo Dale Earnhardt Jr Special Edition they indicated that they could do so.
Our Service Representative, David Quinn, was and is very helpful and professional--and honest when I brought the car in with several indicators illuminated the first time. As it turned out, the problem was not major and all was well.
That was about a year ago and we have been having our oil changes and tire rotations done through their shop ever since. We use synthetic oil which adds to the price of the oil change and rotation.
I do find that their service seems a bit high, but sometimes that's okay if it is done properly the first time.
I usually just drop the car off and they will drive me home right away. They will also pick me up after the car is completed if I need that service as well.
I can definitely recommend Benny Boyd's service department in Bastrop, TX for more than just your dodge vehicles.
