Although my A/C was rusted in places, Glenn advised that it didn't need any repairs right now, but, due to the need for additional freon, he would return to check the system again to insure that there is not a serious leak. I can vouch for everything that the two previous people mentioned in their reviews as I had a new system installed by him at my other home about 15 years ago and he did a great job and serviced the unit until I moved. Had to search all over for his name and phone number because I couldn't find the old paperwork from previous years. So now that we have connected again I will have him service my unit from now on. The high price was due to the detailed work that he did and the long discussions we had as I talked a lot and got a lot of questions answered.

Arrived as scheduled. Spent all the time to explain possible causes of the not quite optimal performance of our AC and made sure that we understand that it does not need an immediate repair (and the associated cost). Very informative. Did not know he was listed on Angie's List. Will use him when will be remodeling the house. Recommend him to others.

I called of G.W. Springer Enterprises to service my air-conditioning system which was not cooling the house. Glen Springer worked me into his busy schedule and came by early the following morning. He took care of the problem and also checked out my second unit which serves the upstairs. Glen Springer has taken care of my air conditioning systems for years, and I can always count on his immediate response, his courtesy and professionalism. His Diagnostic Fee is extremely reasonable, and he always takes great care to ensure that my air conditioning units are properly serviced to keep them running. I have purchased a new unit from him in the past. He also replaced old, deteriorating duct-work in my attic. Above all, he has always taken into consideration my limited budget for these very necessary maintenance costs. I can recommend Glen Springer for any heating/air-conditioning work. He guarantees his work and products. He is a true professional in his field.

He is really good. He comes when he says he is coming. He does the job very thoroughly. He is very ethical. I ended up spending a little extra money, but he said I had a situation where I could have replaced only the outside unit but with expecting to sale the house in the next year, I really needed to upgrade it so the units were compatible with legislation. To do the inside and outside unit at the same time made for a much more efficient system. He troubleshoots, fixes problems, explains what he is doing, doesn't do more than what he says he is going to do, and he doesn't try and sell me a bunch of other stuff. I believe apples to apples with other companies he would be competitive.

Mr. Springer and his crew installed all the new ducts, connecting the old with the new, installed a second A/C unit and furnace, connecting both. The air flow and balance in our home has been outstanding. He recommended second units as our original unit was not big enough to heat/cool the additional square footage. He was right, and had a fair price to do it, too. I would definitely hire Glen Springer again!
