Jesse James Landscape & Tree Service is a strong landscaping contractor with 20 years experience in the landscape and tree service industry. Our Corporate office is located in Castroville, Texas with a satellite office in Somerset, Texas. Our company is divided into four divisions: Commercial Construction, Residential Construction, Municipal Construction, Government Construction and Maintenance. Each division is staffed by professionals who know the importance of the client / designer relationship and do everything possible to ensure that the highest standards for materials and installation have been met.

The job was supposed to take two weeks. We're now on week five and it's still not completed. It's been a horrible experience. I leave messages time after time and he doesn't return phone calls. When he does call, it's usually on the form of the pads and he says all the things that he wants me to hear and then he doesn't show up.

The work was done quickly and at a fair price. I was so impressed that I asked for a bid to fence and landscape the front yard.  I never received it, so I contacted Mr. James.  He remembered the job and said he would get it to me. I never received anything. I would like to use him again but . . . .

The irrigation was against code and didn't function properly; ultimately I had to rip it up. The drainage is also incorrect. Trees were planted incorrectly, and he sold the trees as Live Oaks but they are Coastal Oaks. I've had to have an arborist come out several times to tend to them. They didn't finish the job, and will not call me back.

Jesse came on time and we discussed things I am wanting done.  He said he would take some measurements and then provide a line item estimate.  2 weeks went by and I called to find out where the estimate was.  I was told by the woman in the office she did not have anything and would find out where it was.  Now 1.5 weeks ater I still have not heard anything.
