 + -1 moreTim was great. We were very pleased with the process. It was our first time to sell a house and he really helped us with the pricing and process. Since we lived in a rural area, it was crucial, but difficult, to set a good price (not many comparables). Tim got us a much better price than we expected. He also was very responsive to our requests though it was easier to get a quick response by phone versus email. I certainly would recommend Hardt Realty for anyone looking to buy or sell a house in the greater Castroville area.
Description of Work: Hardt Realty worked with us to sell our house. Tim Hardt, the owner, represented us as our seller's realtor. He helped us price our house, went through our house to stage it, took photos, listed the house on the MLS and his agency's website, provided us with referrals to companies/people to do work on our house (in advance of listing), showed our house (in person) when buyers wanted to see the house, and helped us negotiate our sale with the buyers who bought our house.
