+ 1 moreHe will not provide a written contract saying his handshake and his word are good for life. He did a shabby job. I was left with a leaking roof and doors that leaked when it rained. Water poured under. I hired my repair team which fixed the problems.
Description of Work: Restoration of a 100 year od home. He gave ma an estimate of $50,000. He hired un-licensed people who were often on drugs or alcohol shen I came to check progress. He, himself, left a smoldering cigarette on wooden stairs.
