 + 5 moreWe hired Damien for our very first home flip. It's a home built in the 1960's and never had any work or maintenance done. He came in with a vision on the possibilities and a reasonable price. I would have preferred an itemized bid, but he made sure everything that needed to be done was done!. This renovation included removing walls, building a new shower from scratch, installing new lighting. It needed new everything from the top down. He was able to save the cabinets to help our pockets. He was always available. The crew made sure all finishing touches were taken care of. We succeeded on our new business flip because his crew was so good. We also hired his company for a 1 bedroom condo that needed floors, paint, new plumbing fixtures. Again, they did excellent work. The long term rental after repair value appraisal came in higher than expected because it looked so good.
Description of Work: We needed to flip an investment house.
