Description of Work: They come out twice a year per my annual maintenance agreement with them. They provided tune-ups for my heat pumps most recently. I’ve been a client of theirs for the last ten years as I find they are honest and don’t try to sell me unnecessary services.

+ -1 moreThis company is so professional I don't know where to begin. In 2007 they installed my completely new Heating and Air Conditioning as well as duct work that needed to be replaced, removed and they hauled all the old "stuff" off. They helped select the right product for my needs and home, offered options without being pushy; they honor/warranty their work; their personnel are VERY professional; they ALWAYS treat me, a woman with respect, not like "women haven't a clue" because "she is a woman" attitude. As for follow up since 2007, I use them at least once a year for system check and maintenance, and they are ALWAYS on time for scheduled services and CALL even if they are only going to be a few minutes late. I am a picky homeowner and KNOW much about construction, plumbing, electrical and such, too. So - from my point of view and construction knowledge, this company has been great and consistent for SIX years now and is TOP NOTCH from the first contact to system selection and recommendations, to installation and years of maintenance. I'd buy stock in this company if it were offered.
