It was phenomenal. They are an excellent organization. They are on time. They are where they say they are going to be. They were very respectful and very informative. They don't operate on mechanic mode. They are pretty honest, straightforward and I like them. The price is good, people are good, and the service is good. I have used theme very year for the last five years.

I have used 4 Winds A/C and Heating for some time now. They have helped me keep my old A/C limping along until I finally pull the trigger and get a complete new unit. On this most recent call, they came by and fixed an issue I had with the heater not kicking in during our recent cold spell. They were friendly as always and did a good job of explaining the problem and what they did to fix it (replacing a fuse). They also showed me how to set me thermostat to Emergency Heat, a setting I did not even know it had.Highly recommended due to their professionalism and friendly nature. Pricing seems very fair as well.

Jose Rodriquez from 4 Winds showed up promptly at 9:00am. They worked their butts off in absolute brutal heat! We had them move the condenser units for a 2-ton unit and a 4-ton unit from one side of the house to the other. This involved disconnecting the units; moving them and their concrete slabs; running new lines; hooking everything back up and testing to make sure everything was OK. 4 Winds worked until about 7:00pm. Great work! Explained everything they were doing and why? I couldn't be happier!

This afternoon (the next day), I noticed one of the system was losing its cooling capacity. In short order, the temperature in that side of the house climbed to 90 degrees. I called 4 Winds, and Jose came back out promptly and discovered a small coolant leak that he quickly fixed.

Everything back to normal and am very impressed with their work. As we all know, the real test of a company is how they respond when something go wrong. 4 Winds was fantastic! I highly recommend them. They'll be my first call for all my AC and heating needs in the future.
