They have been a long-time provider for me and my family, even as far back as my grandparents. They're always very prompt about getting back to us. I did have one service issue that they did resolve which did make me happy and we continue to use them.

They are wonderful! This is a family owned and operated business. They are prompt, nice and courteous. They don't sell you stuff you don't need, and get right to the heart of the problem and get it done. They fixed my air conditioner for $65.00! I couldn't believe it! Lagrone is excellent, and I hope they never go out of business!
