Carlos cut down some trees in my yard, and put a hole in my roof. I approached him very nicely, and he became very belligerent and rude. I think some of the people he hires don't have much experience. I then had to deal with his wife, and she got rude too. My dad is an attorney, and he threatened to sue. Carlos finally paid for the roof repair, after I filed for an insurance claim. That claim caused my rates to increase. I will not recommend Carlos, no will I ever use him again.
