He does a very thorough examination. They are an excellent company. He gets under the house and checks for termites. He calls before he comes. When he was late, he called and told me. I think his price was really reasonable.

He does a good job. I like him. He is a pretty nice guy. I have no problems with him. I have been using him for about four and a half years. He works around my work schedule. I trust him. He has given me good referrals for other services. He is on time. I have a quarterly service contract with him.
