I contacted Mr. Ashley Curtis who arrived promptly the following day, on time. Mr. Curtis was very professional, he diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the part while at my home and was able to tell me when he would have the part and be able to repair the unit. My husband and I were leaving on vacation so it didn't really mater when he got it repaired. We provided him with a phone number of a friend who could let him into our home. Mr. Curtis contacted the friend and repaired the unit while we were on vacation. Our friend said Mr. Curtis was on time and easy to deal with. The unit was repaired and we have not had a problem since.
