ZANG LAWN & LANDSCAPING

Zang has been providing my weekly lawn service for six years. They have always been very professional and they make my yard look wonderful. They also provide some seasonal bush trimming and flower planting.

So far Zang Landscaping has done an excellent job. They're reliable and consistently take excellent care of my yard. In the few months since they took over as my landscaper my yard has never looked healthier. I've quietly crept up as having one of the nicer lawns and flowerbeds in the neighborhood, largely due to the expertise of Zang's. I will continue to hire them for any and all of my landscaping needs.

Two different types of plants were installed. One type started to die almost immediately. I told him about it and he offered to replace them. I decided on something else to replace them and it is doing fine now. When the plants were installed, they didn't put any type of barrier down so now I have other things (weeds and grass) growing in among the shrubs which means I have to always go out and pull these things out of the planted area. I don't think the quality of work was all that great.
When trying to communicate with Zang, my calls and emails didn't get returned right away and I had to try again. An email statement was sent to me that was the wrong statement. Eventually, it was corrected. I would not use Zang Landscaping again.

Their pricing is reasonable. They are high quality in every way. Everything is very high quality with them. You never have to call back. They keep their own schedule and it is very convenient and always good work.

They are a local company. I don't have a great big lot anymore. I have a backyard. He and his wife work together, I think she is the bookkeeper. They are always very accommodating. If, for some reason, they are behind and they don't come on their regular day they are real good about letting me know and stuff like that. One time I dropped off their list amount and I called them and they took care of it immediately. Overall, they are people persons, they know how to take care of their customers. I have a window, they come out on Friday, and I know by the end of the day they will have come out.

A guy came out and asked a few questions. He immediately pinpointed the problem as the rain sensor removal (done prior to my ownership) as not having been done correctly and the line being open. He asked where the rain sensor that I had found on the ground had been (near the first sprinkler head) and started to dig there. He put a few special caps on the wire in a few places, and it immediately started working. He then put the dirt back into place around the sprinkler head where he had dug. I was in shock. He was a sprinkler whisperer. I didn't have someone address it earlier because I thought it was going to cost me upwards of $1000.00. It took only five minutes and cost me $80.00. I only wish I had had the recommendation to use Zang Lawn and Landscaping prior to the summer. I spent an entire summer lugging hoses and moveable sprinklers around my front yard. I gave a B on responsiveness because it took some playing phone tag to get a hold of someone in person.

I have nothing but awesome things to say about them.

We found out about Zang through a door hanger. Immediately after that, our fence fell down a few years ago, in a storm. We've had him back 2 more times for other lawn work.

Over the years you always have issues and he's always good to correct any issues I have. I'd recommend them, they do good work. I use him every week.

Excellent service. He is very responsive to any issues and fixes everything.

Process was GREAT. He has great attention to detail, shows up when he promises he'll be there, and his prices are VERY competitive. You get more than your money's worth with this company.
